The space

Newly completed in Spring 2026, located in Trenton. It is 25 mins to downtown Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park visitor center.



The homes sits on a tranquil 7.9 acres oceanfront property with 400 ft. of gravel beachfront. The house sits on a bluff with great views of the Western Bay and the mountains of Acadia National Park. This home accommodates 14 guests. Each of the bedrooms on the first and second floors has en-suite baths. Rooms with oversized windows have blackout blinds to protect sleep. The kids room located in the finished lower level (basement) has its own full bath next to the bedroom. Has EV charger that could charge any EV vehicle.

THE FIRST FLOOR

Dining area with 2 large bay windows overlooking the bay. Modern dining table with comfortable chairs seats 10. Children may seat in the peninsula (seats 2) and Kitchen Island (seats 3). Large 75 inch TV for entertainment and stereo to listen to your favorite music while dining.

Well stocked ,full kitchen with full -sized appliances, fridge, wine fridge, electric stove/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, k cup and carafe coffee maker, with complimentary start up coffee.

One half bath near the kitchen.

One washer and dryer in each floor

Two Unique Bedrooms:

Featuring our Elderly / Handicapped Friendly Bedroom. Ramp entry on the left side entry of the house. This bedroom has a living area with loveseat to watch your favorite movie. Has 3 large Bay Window overlooking the woods and the ocean. Has king bed, dinette with seating for two, kitchenette with small fridge-microwave, kitchen wares & utensils, walk in closet, spacious bathroom with grab bars & walk in shower ( rain shower, sitting shower with hand held shower). The shower area has 3 shower heads. Mini splits offer AC (cooling) and heat . Electric Baseboard as back up heating.

Second 1st Floor Bedroom

Beautiful two large bay windows overlooking the bay. Has a king bed, smart TV, seating areas, walk in closet, bathroom with walk in shower with integrated sitting area. Located next to the kitchen so prepping your favorite morning drink is just a few steps away .

Half Bath

Located conveniently next to the kitchen and left side entry of the house. One set of washer and dryer is here.

THE SECOND FLOOR

Full flight of stairs with hand rail to your right leads you to the second floor.

The Master Bedroom

Features two large bay windows overlooking the bay. Has a king bed, living area with smart TV, has a sliding door leading to your own private deck with great views of the ocean / bay/ Acadia mountains. Step into a large walk in closet with large mirror and seating. The bathroom has a walk in shower (rain shower with hand held), a bath tub, bidet toilet. Bathroom has a large bay window overlooking the woods and ocean. It has privacy blinds. Has a skylight.

Second Bedroom

2 queen beds with 2 large bay windows for sitting and enjoying ocean views. This bedroom is cozy with views of the water and the surrounding trees. See wildlife like seals, eagles, and seagulls breaking clam shells. The room has a living area with love seat while watching your favorite movie. En-suite bathroom with walk in shower, washer and dryer.

THE LOWER LEVEL

Living Room / Family Room

Enjoy a full movie experience with our immersive recliners (leather, massager, built in woofer speaker) with our 100 inch Smart TV with surround speaker.

Game Room

Stay indoor on rainy days and have fun playing billiards, and Air Hockey, arcade, darts and other fun games. Has egress window for emergency exit.

Washer & Dryer Room

Located in front of the full bathroom.

Full Bath

Located between the living room and kids room with walk in corner shower, toilet, and pedestal sink.

OUTDOOR

We have a firepit with multiple seating facing the ocean. Firewood and fire starting materials are provided. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available to use( not part of rental agreement) with a signed waiver requirements. Multiple steps lead from the bluff to the beach. It has automatic lighting that lights up when dark.

We have one EV charger capable of charging any EV Vehicle. The area is able to park several vehicles (6 or more).

Guest access

Guests has access to the whole house, it’s yard and the beach.

Other things to note

Mini splits in bedrooms provide both heat and cooling.

En-suite baths on 4 bedrooms.

Oversized windows in most rooms, blackout blinds to protect sleep.

5th bedroom with adjacent bathroom next door.

Washer and dryer on each level

Outdoor furniture & kayaks are not available during the cold months. Typically from November to April. Propane grill may be available upon request during cold months.

Please respect that strictly no use of illicit drugs, no cigarette smoking or marijuana smoking, no parties or drunkenness.

Fine of $500 will be charged for violation . Our guests expect this to be a smoke free property.

Early check in and late check out request may be available as needed with additional fee of 50 dollars per hour.

This is a big property that takes time to clean so late check out is discouraged especially if there is subsequent same day check- in.

We can mail left over items ( no guarantee) as requested with handling fee of $50 or more depending on item plus cost of shipping.

The use & access of the fire-pit, decks, balconies, stairs, steps, kayaks, and beach is at your own risk.

Guests with service animals are encouraged to notify the host. Host has severe allergies to pet hair and dander and therefore unable to accommodate guests with animals whether pet or service animals.

We manage other vacation homes in downtown Bar Harbor, and waterfront homes in Trenton and somesville with views of the Somes sound, we encourage you to check them out too for availability.
